The posting

1、负责成品纸仓库的整体运营管理，规划库位布局，划分不同规格、品类成品纸的存储区域，确保仓储空间高效利用，符合成品纸防潮、防折、防晒的存储要求。 2、统筹成品纸入库流程，核对入库单据与成品纸的规格、数量、质量、包装标识，确保入库成品与生产、订单信息一致，及时录入SAP系统，做到账物相符。 3、组织成品纸出库作业，依据销售订单、发货计划，严格执行先进先出原则，安排备货、分拣、装车，确保发货准确、及时，满足客户交期，降低发货差错率。 4、建立健全库存管理制度，定期组织日盘、周盘、月盘及年度大盘，分析库存差异原因，制定整改措施，控制成品纸库存损耗，优化库存周转率。 5、管理仓库团队，包括仓管员、叉车工的日常排班、工作分配、技能培训与绩效考核，提升团队作业效率和标准化操作水平。 6、落实仓库安全管理规范，监督叉车等设备的安全操作，做好防火、防潮、防盗、防破损工作，定期组织安全检查与应急演练，杜绝安全事故。 7、对接销售、生产、物流等部门，协调解决发货衔接、库存预警、退换货等问题，保障成品纸仓储流转与公司产销体系高效协同。 8、优化仓储作业流程，收集仓储数据并进行分析，提出降本增效方案，如优化装卸流程、提升库容利用率等。

1、大专及以上学历，物流管理、仓储管理等相关专业优先；3 年以上成品纸或大宗纸品仓储主管工作经验，熟悉成品纸仓储特性者优先。 2、精通成品纸入库、存储、出库、盘点全流程管理；熟练操作SAP等仓储管理系统，掌握 Excel 数据统计与分析技能；了解叉车等仓储设备的安全操作规范，具备设备调度能力。 3、具备较强的组织管理能力，能有效带领团队完成仓储任务；良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能快速解决仓储与产销衔接问题；具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能应对订单高峰期、应急发货等突发情况。 4、持有叉车驾驶证者优先；身体健康；熟悉仓储安全法规及纸品防潮、防损管理标准。
