1、对分厂设备类目标进行层层分解，制定配套的内部考核制度和兑现办法，奖罚分明，充分调动职工积极性； 2、做好设备定期维修保养、大修及设备改造工作，保证设备正常运转，延长设备的使用率； 3、配合分厂做好控制设备各项维修费用,积极利用修旧利废,降低生产吨浆成本。 4、做好分厂月度检修计划和年度大修计划，确保设备定期维护保养到位，控制非计划停机时间。 5、抓好节能降耗工作，减少跑、冒、滴、漏现象出现，不断节能挖潜，降低产品成本费用，提高利润； 6、做好分厂设备类原材物料及消耗物资的计划申报、领用、贮存管理工作，保证正常使用，不丢失、不浪费； 7、积极推进和落实现场“6S管理”活动，抓好厂区内外现场清洁及基础设施的管理工作，树立良好的分厂形象； 8、做好分厂的安全管理，减少人身工伤、火灾、偷盗、破坏等事故的发生，同时对出现的各种事故进行原因的调查和分析，拿出解决方案和预防措施，并依据事故大小按汇报制度规定，及时汇报公司； 9、做好与其他部门/分厂的交叉配合工作； 10、员工技能培训和基层管理人员培养。

1、大专及以上学历，10年以上制浆造纸设备相关岗位工作经验，2年以上设备厂长岗位工作经验； 2、有同行大型纸厂相关岗位工作经验，熟悉福伊特/维美德设备，机械专业优先； 3、良好的沟通表达协调能力。
