1、中专及以上学历。 2、持有有效的A2驾驶证和货运资格证，具备驾驶大型半挂车或集卡的专业技能。 3、拥有货运从业资格证，熟悉货运相关法律法规及操作流程。 4、至少1年以上A2车型（半挂车或集卡）驾驶经验，能够熟练驾驶并处理各种路况。 5、具备良好的货物装卸和堆放技能，确保货物安全、稳定；需熟悉集装箱装卸流程及安全规范。 6、熟悉江浙沪地区的地形、路况及交通法规，有区域内运输经验者优先。 7、能吃苦耐劳，具备良好的身体素质和心理素质，能适应长途驾驶及夜班工作。 8、服从领导安排，具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力，能够与同事、客户及货运调度员有效协作。 9、遵守交通规则，具备高度的安全意识，无重大交通事故记录。
