1、熟悉格拉辛纸机或是热转印纸机的工艺流程，负责整个班值的生产运行管理，确保稳定运行和高效产出； 2、全面管理产品质量，确保生产出的纸符合质量标准，满足客户需求； 3、负责班值产质量任务和成本的全面完成，有效控制生产成本，提高经济效益； 4、作为班值安全的第一责任人，负责做好班值所有员工的安全教育培训工作，确保生产安全； 5、处理生产中出现的突发事故，如断纸、工艺清洗、检修等，合理安排人员配合工作； 6、负责班值的6S管理与整改工作，包括公共卫生区、交接班卫生的检查与维护。

1、大专及以上学历，制浆造纸或相关专业优先。 2、五年以上大中型高速造纸机工作经验，熟悉格拉辛纸机或是热转印纸的各岗操作。 3、能够熟练操作调试纸机，具备解决日常产品质量问题的能力。 4、精通涂布生产线全流程的操作工序和品质管控细节。 5、具有较强的动手能力、处理各项生产问题的能力、协调能力以及管理组织能力。 6、能够适应四班三倒。
