教育程度：计算机相关专业全日制大专学历及以上 相关经验： 1、8年以上 SAP开发经验，主导过 2 个以上SAP项目大型企业 SD/PP/MM/FICO/LE 模块全周期实施项目（从需求分析到上线运维）,精通 ABAP 开发、SAP Workflow 配置及模块间数据关联逻辑； 2、 SAP 与 WMS/B2B/OA 等外部系统集成经验，熟悉 IDOC、RFC、API 等集成技术，主导过复杂接口开发与数据同步方案设计； 3、带领 3 人以上 SAP 开发团队完成至少 1 个千万级项目交付，具备从技术路线规划到资源调度的全流程管理能力，能协调解决系统性能瓶颈、跨模块冲突等技术难题。 4、加分项：有 SAP 系统性能优化实战经验（如 SQL 查询优化、批处理作业调优），熟悉 SAP ECC 升级迁移技术，主导过新技术引入；具备制造业 / 零售业等特定行业 SAP 实施经验，熟悉财务信息安全规范（如 SOX 合规），主导过 SAP 权限体系设计与数据脱敏方案落地。 专业能力 1、深度精通 SAP ECC 6.0 SD/PP/MM/FICO/LE 模块技术架构，具备 ABAP开发、BADI/Enhancement Point 定制化实施经验，主导过 ECC 系统底层数据表关联逻辑设计（如 MKPF-MSEG 物料账关联、BSIS-BSID 财务对账），并构建 ABAP 开发人员技能矩阵体系 2、具备 ECC 项目从需求分析到运维优化的全周期管理能力，主导过 MM 模块采购流程重构、 SD 模块定价引擎定制化开发等，实现复杂业务场景的技术落地 3、掌握 ECC 系统性能调优核心技术（如 SM30 表维护、ST02 缓存优化、ST05 SQL 追踪等），保障系统高效运行。 4、熟悉制造业 ECC 实施合规要求（如 PP 模块生产订单追溯、FICO 模块税务凭证管理）；主导 ECC 系统安全增强（如 SM19 操作审计、S_TABU_DIS 表权限管控，对象 Z * 的最小化管控方案） 5、对 SAP 各模块的业务流程有深入理解，能够将业务需求转化为技术解决方案；具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速学习新技术、新知识，适应不断变化的技术环境和业务需求。​ 6、有良好的团队协作精神、高度的工作责任心和敬业精神，为人正直，诚恳，善于沟通。​
