The posting

1.主要负责SAP SD/PP/MM/FICO/LE 等模块开发工作； 2.针对公司用户的项目需求，提出基于SAP SD/PP/MM等模块的解决方案，并对进度进行跟踪、控制和汇报，依据项目要求，负责SAP SD/PP/MM模块的实施工作：需求分析、业务流程优化、方案设计、系统测试和上线，保证财务信息安全。 3.参与平台与各供应商，合作伙伴及第三方的技术讨论、方案实施、数据同步、对接与联调工作，支持SAP系统与其他外部系统（如WMS、B2B、OA等）的接口开发与数据集成； 4.根据业务需求优化 SAP 系统性能，解决系统运行中的技术问题和 BUG，保障系统的稳定、高效运行；关注行业技术动态，引入新技术、新方法，提升技术水平和开发效率。​

教育程度：计算机相关专业全日制大专学历及以上 相关经验： 1、具备 3 年以上 SAP ECC 6.0 开发经验，主导过至少 2 个 SD/PP/MM 模块的全周期实施项目（需求分析 - 开发 - 测试 - 上线）;​ 2、熟悉 ECC 系统增强开发，有 BADI/Enhancement Point 定制化经验，曾完成 MM 采购流程或 SD 定价功能的客制化开发; 3、具备 ECC 与外部系统（WMS/B2B/OA）的接口开发经验，熟练使用 IDOC/RFC/ALE 技术实现数据集成; 4、加分项：有Java或PHP开发能力；有 ECC 系统性能优化实战经历，使用 ST05/ST02 等工具完成 SQL 查询优化或缓存配置调整; 专业能力 1、精通 ABAP 开发，能独立完成报表开发、表单设计（Smart Forms/SAP Script）及工作流配置；熟悉 ECC 核心数据表结构（如 MARA/MARC 物料表、EKPO 采购订单行项目表）及模块间数据关联逻辑；掌握 ECC 系统增强包（Enhancement Package）管理，能处理客制化程序与系统升级的兼容性问题; 2、能基于业务需求设计 SD/PP/MM 模块解决方案，完成流程优化与方案文档编写；具备项目全周期执行能力，独立负责过模块测试用例设计、用户培训及上线支持工作；熟悉制造业 / 零售业业务流程，能将 ECC 模块功能与实际业务场景结合（如 PP、MM）; 3、熟练开发 ECC 与外部系统的接口程序，能使用 SM30/ST10 等工具排查系统故障，解决常见技术问题;了解 ECC 与 S/4HANA 过渡技术，能协助进行系统升级前的兼容性评估; 4、熟悉制造业 ECC 实施合规要求，能实现 PP 生产订单追溯、FICO 税务凭证的系统配置; 掌握 ECC 权限管理与数据安全规范，能协助完成用户权限分配及敏感操作审计配置。
