The posting

岗位职责：

1、处理财务详细账目管理：包括总账、应收/应付账款、收账与对外付款、资产储备表核对等；财务编制记账凭证，确保记录所有符合相关会计标准与内部报表要求；编制月度/季度/年度财务报表，以支持集团进行财务分析与决策。

2、税务合规申报：及时准确的操作包括企业所得税、增值税、代扣税及其他税项的计算、申报、征收，确保企业税务事项的合规性；在满足税务机关要求的税务待遇条件下，提供企业在税务处理和纳税等方面的评估与建议。

3、财务与税务审计：与外部审计和税务代理机构进行合作与协调，提供必要的文件与说明，确保公司审计工作的合规与顺利进行。

4、余额管理：包括银行对账、监控应付和应收账款，确保有效的资金流动性。

5、财务流程优化：协助财务负责人识别与优化财务流程，提高工作效率与质量，形成最佳实践。

6、内部外部利益相关方管理：与公司客户、供应商、内部上下游团队有效联动，确保及时有效的沟通并达成共识，促进财务业务周期的顺利进行。

7、其他：与团队成员合作并相互支撑，完成包括凭证打印、归档等日常财务运营任务，财务完成负责人安排的项目或其他工作。

工程要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计相关专业，中国熟悉及国际会计标准、中国税务政策；

2、具有5年以上相关、会计和税务领域的工作经验，具备管理税务合规事务的实操能力；

3、熟练使用办公软件（如MicroSoft Suite）与软件（如NetSuite）；熟悉海关物流、外贸企业，并掌握海关物流、外贸企业资料、管理的专业理论和财务方法，与企业报税涉税经验具备或相应的税务知识员优先；

4、通过大学英语四级考试，具有良好的英语沟通能力，有中级会计资格证书，注册会计师优先；

5、具备一定的责任心和进取心，对人忠诚，保持开放的心态和团队合作精神。
