  • Own the Americas marketing pipeline targets, with accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing contribution, and pipeline performance.
  • Develop and execute regional revenue marketing plans aligned with Americas sales priorities, business objectives, and revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with Americas Sales leadership to identify pipeline gaps by segment, product, geography, and customer type, and develop focused programs to address them.
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs supporting new logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and customer expansion.
  • Develop account-based and targeted marketing programs for priority accounts, industries, and strategic opportunities.
  • Balance near-term pipeline requirements with programs that build sustainable demand and long-term growth.

Regional & Field Marketing Leadership

  • Lead regional and field marketing resources, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that reflect local market dynamics while aligning to global messaging and campaign priorities.
  • Partner with regional Sales leaders on territory planning, account targeting, field events, executive engagement, and sales plays.
  • Ensure regional marketing investments are focused on programs with clear business objectives and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Create consistency in field marketing planning, execution, reporting, and performance management.
  • Foster strong alignment and collaboration between regional marketing, global campaign management, and the broader marketing organization.

Global Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the Global Campaign Manager responsible for planning, orchestrating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across global markets.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, product launches, and solution priorities into integrated, actionable campaign strategies.
  • Develop scalable global campaign frameworks that can be adapted and activated by regional marketing teams.
  • Establish clear campaign briefs, objectives, target audiences, channel strategies, execution plans, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and execution across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, regional teams, and Sales.
  • Ensure global campaigns are consistently executed, measured, and optimized across regions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness, speed to market, and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Digital & Paid Media Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to align paid media, website conversion, digital programs, and campaign strategies with revenue marketing priorities.
  • Collaborate on audience targeting, campaign messaging, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure digital and paid media programs support Americas pipeline targets and global campaign objectives.
  • Establish shared performance metrics and regular reviews to optimize the full buyer journey, from engagement through opportunity creation.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, lead management, and reporting are consistent and actionable.

Pipeline Performance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish a consistent operating cadence with Sales and Marketing leadership to review pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas requiring action.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators including marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline velocity, cost per opportunity, and campaign ROI.
  • Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed investment decisions.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations on funnel measurement, attribution, reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Manage regional revenue marketing budgets, prioritizing investments based on pipeline impact and return on investment.
  • Provide clear, actionable performance updates and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing regional revenue marketing team and Global Campaign Manager.
  • Create clarity around responsibilities, priorities, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Drive operational discipline while maintaining the agility needed to respond to evolving market conditions and business priorities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
