参与 AI 应用系统的设计与开发，包括智能问答、业务助手、数据分析 Agent、流程自动化 Agent 等场景。 参与大模型应用工程建设，包括 Prompt 设计、工具调用、RAG 检索增强、上下文管理、多轮对话、任务编排等能力开发。 参与 AI 应用产品的端到端开发，包括用户交互界面、业务流程编排、后端服务接口、数据处理、工具/系统集成、效果验证与上线支持，保障 AI 应用在真实业务场景中的可用性和稳定性。 参与 AI 应用效果优化，包括 Badcase 分析、问题归因、Prompt 调优、检索优化、工具调用优化、评测数据集建设与效果回归验证。 参与 AI 工程化能力建设，包括日志追踪、可观测性、异常处理、限流降级、稳定性保障等。 跟进大模型、Agent、RAG、多模态等方向的新技术，并结合业务场景进行探索和落地。

计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、自动化、数学等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 掌握至少一门主流编程语言，如 Java、Python、JavaScript、TypeScript、Go 等，具备良好的编码习惯和工程意识。 具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础知识。 了解 Web 应用开发基础，理解前后端协作、接口设计、数据库操作、权限控制、异常处理等常见开发流程。 对大模型应用开发有兴趣，了解 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Embedding、向量检索、Function Calling、Agent 等概念者优先。 具备较强的问题分析能力、学习能力和动手能力，能主动拆解问题并推动解决。 具备良好的沟通协作能力，愿意深入业务场景，理解真实用户问题。 加分项 有大模型应用、智能问答、Agent、RAG、知识库、AI 助手等项目经验。 熟悉 LangChain、LlamaIndex、Spring AI、Dify、AutoGen等 AI 应用框架。 熟悉 Elasticsearch、Milvus、Neo6j、Redis、Kafka、MySQL等中间件或数据库。 有前后端系统开发、分布式系统、数据平台、搜索推荐、知识图谱、自然语言处理相关项目经验。 有开源项目、技术博客、竞赛获奖、论文发表或高质量个人项目者优先。 对 AI 应用效果评估、自动化测试、模型评测、数据集构建有理解或实践经验者优先。
