课题介绍 本课题围绕“自研斯坦福小镇（Generative Agents）”展开，目标是构建一个可规模化运行的用户智能体仿真与交互系统。 （业务价值是：通过仿真一个销售的小世界，基于这个仿真的销售世界来模拟用户的决策逻辑和结果，基于这个结果来做销售动作的最佳决策，也能通过这个仿真世界来实现用户对产品的偏好的调研和分析） 通过对真实用户行为数据与业务场景的建模，结合大模型能力，打造具备记忆（Memory）、规划（Planning）、行动（Action）、社交（Interaction）能力的用户智能体（User Agent），使其能够在虚拟环境中持续运行、自主决策并相互交互。 在此基础上，构建一个“类斯坦福小镇”的多智能体仿真环境，实现： - 用户行为的长期演化模拟 - 多智能体之间的社交与信息传播 - 复杂业务策略在虚拟环境中的预演与验证 该系统将用户从“静态标签”升级为“动态个体”，为产品设计、销售策略优化、运营决策提供可解释、可验证的实验场。 预期产出 一个可运行的“多用户智能体仿真系统 ” - 支持多用户Agent的持续运行 - 具备完整的Agent能力框架：记忆（短期/长期）、反思（Reflection）、计划（Planning）、行动（Action） - 构建可视化的“虚拟小镇”，支持行为轨迹与交互过程的观测与回放 一套标准化的“用户智能体构建方法论” - 用户建模：从标签 → Persona → 行为策略 → 决策逻辑 - 数据体系：行为数据、对话数据、环境反馈数据的结构化建模 - Agent架构：Memory机制、调度机制、任务驱动机制（Task-driven Loop） - 支持不同业务场景下的快速复用（销售、客服、用户增长等） 面向业务的“策略仿真与验证能力” - 支持销售话术、营销策略、产品功能在虚拟用户群体中的A/B测试 - 评估不同策略对用户行为路径、转化率、满意度的影响 - 降低真实环境试错成本，实现策略前置验证

  • 精通并有主流大模型的相关训练和使用工作经验，深入了解主流Agent框架和应用；
  • 精通多Agent协同架构设计和开发的能力；
  • 强大的系统性思维与问题定义能力；
  • 具备很好的计算机的编程能力，能够实现从0到1来构建相关的系统；
  • （加分）在国内外顶尖实验室或者模型团队经历；
  • （加分）重度使用claude、cursor、codex等相关AI工具开发者优先；
  • 硕士及以上在读；
  • 实习时长：6个月以上。
