方向一：NOMI 情感智能引擎 目标：赋予机器“灵魂”，实现具身情感表达。 - 框架建设：探索并构建面向具身体的智能情感表达框架。 - 体验落地设计：研究前沿多模态AI技术在NOMI情感计算与交互中的落地应用。 - 评估与高质量数据构造：主导高质量、多维度的情感交互数据构造，为模型训练和体验评估奠定基石。 方向二：座舱AI交互体系 目标：重塑座舱体验，定义AI原生交互范式。 - 研究并设计下一代AI原生（AI-Native）的座舱交互框架和评估体系。 - 探索大模型在座舱全场景中的交互应用创新。结合AIGC前沿技术（如生图、动态界面、动态表情等），打造突破常规的座舱视觉与交互体验框架。 方向三：NOMI 智能体框架和办事能力定义 - 定义Agent体验：攻坚意图理解、长文本上下文、任务分解与规划（Task Planning）及工具调用（Tool Use）等核心节点。 - 评估与高质量数据构造：从用户体验出发，构造优质体验数据和评估体系。

【学历及专业】 - 海内外顶尖高校硕士/博士在读，或极其优秀的本科生。 - 计算机科学、人工智能、人机交互（HCI）、认知心理学、语言学、社会学、工业设计（偏计算/技术设计）等相关专业。 【核心专业能力】 - 体验Sense： 具备优秀的用户同理心与交互设计Sense。 - 熟练使用各种AI工具：热爱并经常使用各种前沿AI工具（如 claudecode / stitch 等）快速构建体验原型。 【软性素质】 - 极度热爱： 对 AI 改变世界抱有极大热情，对“智能座舱 / 机器人 / 数字人”领域充满好奇。 - 探索精神： 面对未知领域，具备极强的自我驱动力、快速学习能力和解决复杂问题的韧性。 - 良好的逻辑思维与跨团队沟通表达能力。
