岗位职责 1. 参与智能硬件新产品 NPI 软件测试工作 参与汽车 ECU 控制器新产品从研发到 CM（代工厂）量产导入的全过程，了解并参与 SMT、PCBA、整机组装及 EOL（End of Line）测试等环节。 - 参与 NPI 项目的软件测试方案制定、测试准备及测试执行； - 协助将 ECU 的软件、诊断及功能测试要求转化为生产测试内容； - 参与 EOL 测试流程的开发、验证、问题分析及持续优化； - 协助分析生产测试过程中发现的问题，推动研发、测试、制造及 CM 团队共同解决； - 参与测试数据、测试结果及生产问题的整理和分析，逐步建立对汽车电子产品量产测试的系统理解； - 参与新产品试产、量产爬坡及量产稳定性改善，积累完整的汽车 ECU NPI 项目经验。 2. 参与 NPI 软件 AI 增强项目 围绕 NPI 软件测试、生产数据分析及工程效率等场景，参与 AI 应用项目从需求分析、方案设计到落地应用的全过程。 - 参与挖掘 NPI 流程中适合 AI 提效的实际应用场景； - 协助开展 AI 应用的需求分析、方案验证及 POC； - 参与测试数据、生产问题及历史项目经验的智能化分析； - 探索利用 AI 辅助测试用例生成、测试结果分析、问题定位及知识检索等工作； - 参与 AI 项目的试点、效果验证及后续推广，不断探索 AI 在汽车 ECU NPI 中的应用价值。 3. 协助 NPI 软件团队开展 AI 相关开发工作 与 NPI 软件、测试及 AI 相关团队合作，将实际业务需求转化为可落地的软件及 AI 功能。 - 参与 AI 相关工具和应用的设计、开发及测试； - 协助建设面向 NPI 测试及制造场景的数据和知识资源； - 参与 AI 工具的功能验证、效果评估和持续优化； - 在实际项目中逐步了解软件开发、自动化测试及 AI 应用的完整流程。 4. 协助 NPI 软件 PM 利用 AI 提升工作效率 将 AI 应用到项目管理和日常工程工作中，帮助团队提高信息处理和项目协作效率。 - 协助利用 AI 进行项目资料整理、信息汇总及会议内容整理； - 探索 AI 在项目进度跟踪、问题管理、风险识别及报告生成等场景中的应用； - 参与建设和推广适合 NPI 项目的 AI 工作方法和工具； - 总结 AI 应用实践经验，并推动成熟方法在团队中的应用。

成长空间 这是一个面向应届生的复合型成长岗位。入职后不会局限于单一的软件测试或项目管理工作，而是可以逐步参与汽车 ECU 从研发到量产的完整过程，并在真实项目中建立跨领域能力。 第一阶段：了解汽车 ECU 和 NPI 从实际项目开始，了解 ECU 产品、SMT、PCBA、整机组装、EOL 测试以及 CM 工厂的生产流程，建立对汽车电子产品从研发到量产全过程的认识。 第二阶段：成为 NPI 软件测试的核心成员 逐步独立承担测试准备、测试执行、问题分析和测试优化等工作，深入理解 ECU 软件测试、生产测试及量产质量控制。 第三阶段：向软件自动化和 AI 应用拓展 在熟悉 NPI 业务的基础上，进一步参与自动化测试、数据分析和 AI 项目，将传统 NPI 流程与新的 AI 技术结合起来。 第四阶段：成长为复合型项目负责人 随着项目经验积累，可以逐步承担完整 NPI 项目中的专项工作，并进一步发展为能够连接汽车电子、软件测试、制造、AI 和项目管理的复合型人才。 未来发展方向包括： NPI 软件工程师 → NPI 软件/测试负责人 → NPI 项目负责人 或进一步发展为： 汽车电子 + AI 应用 / 智能制造 / 软件工程方向的复合型人才

任职要求1：27届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、电子电气等相关专业； 任职要求2：学科技能； 专业能力：扎实的python基础技能, 了解linux 系统基础知识，熟练掌握 SQL 相关知识；了解至少一种主流推理工具：TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、Tengine、NCNN；能看懂模型推理日志，解析 AI 芯片推理耗时、FPS、显存占用数据. 语言能力：良好的英语听、说、读、写能力； 工具能力：编程语言：熟练掌握C++,C#、SQL、Python等编程语言；操作系统：熟练掌握ubuntu 任职要求3：软性素质； 学习能力：对新技术发展有较深的认识和敏感度，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新工作； 语言表达：具备优秀的报告撰写能力，擅长流程改善、程序文件编制； 逻辑思维：具备较强的逻辑思维能力、独立解决问题的能力；思维严谨，细致。 沟通协调：为人真诚，具备高度责任感、良好的跨部门沟通和团队协作能力。 任职要求4：相关领域或项目经验； 实习经验：上述相关开发经验的实习工作为加分项； 项目经验：在校期间有软硬件结合的相关项目开发经验
