负责车载操作系统（RTOS/Linux等）以及车载中间件的开发与维护； 负责嵌入式产品外设驱动框架、BSP的开发与维护； 开展操作系统层面的性能优化（中断处理、实时调度、内存分配、IO 通路、网络通信等）； 参与 AI 推理框架在操作系统层的集成、任务调度、内存管理与资源管理设计； 参与 AI 推理基座与车载中间件、通信框架（SOME/IP、DDS 等）的对接与集成； 与算法、系统架构、功能安全团队协作，推动 AI 基座在高可靠车载操作系统上的演进； 跟踪实时操作系统、AI 系统软件、边缘计算等前沿技术。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业； 扎实的计算机基础，至少熟练掌握一门主流编程语言（C / C++ 等）； 熟悉 Linux 或 RTOS（QNX、VxWorks、FreeRTOS 等）内核机制，有系统级编程或驱动开发经验者优先； 了解主流大模型的基本原理与推理流程，了解 AI 推理框架在 OS 层的集成方式者优先； 具备较强的学习能力、自驱力和团队协作意识，对智能汽车行业有浓厚兴趣者优先。
