随着大模型能力从“问答”走向“执行任务”，AI Agent、工具调用、长期记忆、多应用协同、权限控制、插件生态和本地化部署，正在成为下一代智能终端的重要能力。 在智能汽车场景中，车端 AI Agent 不只是一个语音助手，而可能成为连接用户、车辆、座舱、智能辅助驾驶、服务生态和云端能力的新一代应用入口。 架构团队希望招聘具备 AI Agent、OpenClaw 类应用生态、工具调用框架、多 Agent 协作或 AI 应用平台经验的博士校招生，参与定义下一代车端 AI 应用生态和系统架构。 你将负责 跟踪 AI Agent、OpenClaw 类开放生态、MCP / tool calling、workflow、multi-agent、agent memory、local-first agent、权限治理和插件生态的发展趋势。 分析这些 AI Agent 能力进入车端后的系统架构需求，包括应用框架、工具注册、权限模型、上下文管理、长期记忆、用户确认机制、沙箱隔离、安全审计和异常回滚。 参与设计车端 AI Agent 应用平台架构，使车端大模型能够安全、可控、可审计地调用车辆能力、座舱能力、云端服务和第三方应用。 研究车端 AI 应用生态如何与 OS、SOA 服务、车辆信号、用户数据、账号体系、隐私安全、车云协同和开发者工具链结合。 推动车端 AI Agent 典型场景 POC，例如车内个人助手、跨应用任务执行、行程规划、车辆控制、安全确认、服务推荐、用户记忆和多 Agent 协同。 将 AI 应用生态需求转化为平台架构指标和工程需求，包括延迟、可靠性、权限边界、数据最小化、离线能力、端云分工、资源占用和安全风险。

我们希望你具备 博士学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、人机交互、机器人、操作系统、分布式系统等相关方向。 熟悉以下至少一个方向： AI Agent、tool calling、MCP、workflow engine、多 Agent 协作； OpenClaw、AutoGPT、LangGraph、CrewAI、Dify、Coze 等 AI 应用 / Agent 框架； 大模型应用开发、长期记忆、RAG、agent memory、context engineering； 应用沙箱、权限系统、安全策略、可信执行、隐私保护； OS、应用框架、中间件、SOA、端云协同或开发者生态。 能够从 AI 应用形态反推底层系统架构，而不只是开发单个 demo。 对“AI 如何成为下一代应用入口”有自己的判断，并愿意把判断落到车端平台设计中。 具备跨团队沟通能力，能够连接 AI 应用、OS、座舱、云服务、安全、法务合规和产品体验团队。 加分项 有开源 Agent 框架、AI 应用平台、插件生态、开发者平台或工具链建设经验。 熟悉 prompt injection、tool abuse、权限绕过、供应链攻击、agent sandbox 等 AI Agent 安全问题。 有智能汽车、机器人、IoT、手机、PC、可穿戴设备等端侧 AI 应用经验。 既能写 POC，也能抽象平台能力和系统边界。 有开源贡献、开发者社区运营或 AI 应用生态建设经验。
