  • 参与车辆资产相关融资交付全链路运营工作，涵盖车辆采购及交付、资产到期回购及后续处置衔接等核心环节，保障日常运营高效顺畅，协助完善业务运营规范及全流程标准化作业标准。
  • 协助推进资产管理运营业务AI化转型落地，统筹商务合作、融资交易等全维度业务数据的整理、清洗、统计与深度分析，精准编制各类数据报表，搭建常态化数据支撑体系，为商务策略制定、财务成本优化及业务合规风控提供精准、可靠的数据决策依据。
  • 运用AI工具全面赋能融资业务的体系化运营，聚焦财务对接与账单全流程管理，统筹完成融资账单编制、交叉核对、规范报送等工作，同步跟进资金到账进度与回款全流程管控，确保财务及账单事务合规严谨、流程高效闭环。
  • 协助完善商务运营、融资后财务及账单管理相关的运营工具与内部业务系统，参与系统问题排查、业务需求梳理提报及功能落地优化，持续夯实业务运营底座，助力业务高效、规模化开展。
  • 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、工商管理、金融、数据科学相关专业优先；
  • 具备扎实的逻辑思维及沟通协调能力，能够快速理解车辆资产运营、系统搭建相关业务逻辑，具备一定的问题分析与解决能力，善于高效推进工作。
  • 具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练运用 Python 及 SQL 工具；了解至少一种主流机器学习模型（如 XGB、LGBM、RF、LR），有模型训练与评估相关参与经验者优先；具备深度学习相关经验者更佳。
  • 熟悉 Agent 系统原理与 Prompt 设计优化方法，能够将业务需求抽象为可落地的 AI 方案并持续迭代。具备复杂 Prompt 工程化经验优先。
  • 工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的执行力与学习能力，能够积极配合团队完成业务推进、系统搭建等相关工作，适应快节奏的工作模式。
