2027 届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。 计算机基础功底扎实，对数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络协议有深刻理解。 熟练使用 Java 语言，熟悉 Spring Boot、MySQL、Redis 等核心技术栈，对底层实现原理有一定探究欲。 AI 赋能思维：熟练掌握 AI 编程工具（如 Cursor/GitHub Copilot/TRAE 等），并能展示其在实际项目中的提效案例。 学习与创新能力：对 LLM 生态（LangChain, LangChain, Agentic Workflow，Spring AI，AgentScope）有浓厚兴趣，有过简单的 RAG 或 Agent 实验经验者优先。 良好的沟通协作能力与工程素养，追求卓越，对能源数智化转型事业充满热情。 工作地可选：上海、武汉。 加分项： 拥有高质量开源项目贡献经验或知名黑客马拉松获奖经历。 ACM/ICPC/蓝桥杯等编程竞赛省级及以上奖项。 具备分布式中间件（Kafka, RocketMQ, Elasticsearch）的实现原理了解。 拥有在能源、物流、会员营销等相关领域的实习或研究经验。
