1. 参与项目日常运营跟进 - 协助跟进零部件/子系统开发项目全周期进度； - 学习并了解零部件定点、设计开发、验证、PPAP、量产导入等关键节点； - 协助维护项目进度、风险及问题清单； - 输出周/月度项目进展数据，跟进问题闭环。 2. 支撑 CMT 平台化经营与策略落地 - 协助开展零部件品类及平台化管理相关工作； - 参与零部件优选、品类管理、Bundle 归集及资源统筹； - 协助进行项目数据分析，为 CMT 经营决策提供基础数据支持。 3. 参与成本与 VAVE 管理 - 协助收集和整理零部件成本、物料结构、制造费率等相关数据； - 参与供方 VAVE 改善项目跟进； - 协助跟踪降本方案落地及收益统计； - 学习汽车零部件成本结构及供应商成本管理逻辑。 4. 跨部门协同推进 - 对接研发、采购、质量、生产及供应商等相关团队； - 协助跟进项目开发、产能、交付及质量等问题； - 推动项目事项按计划执行，并跟踪问题闭环； - 在实际项目中提升沟通协调和项目推进能力。 5. 项目资料沉淀与体系建设 - 协助完成项目文档归档及数据台账维护； - 参与流程模板、标准化工具及经验案例的整理； - 协助完善 CMT 项目运营管理体系； - 持续沉淀项目管理经验和业务知识。

1. 教育背景 - 2027 届本科及以上应届毕业生； - 车辆工程、机械工程、电子信息、自动化、工业工程、供应链管理、物流管理等相关专业优先； - 有汽车、机械、电子、供应链等相关课程或项目经历者优先。 2. 专业能力 - 对汽车行业、汽车零部件及智能电动汽车产业链有兴趣； - 具备基础的项目管理、数据分析和逻辑思维能力； - 对零部件开发、供应链、成本管理等领域有一定了解者优先； - 能够快速学习并理解复杂业务流程。 - 有较强的沟通协调能力 【加分项】 - 有汽车行业、主机厂或零部件企业实习经历； - 有汽车零部件、智能汽车、供应链或项目管理相关课程/项目经历； - 了解汽车零部件开发流程、PPAP、DV/PV、VAVE、供应商管理等相关知识； - 有数据分析、商业分析或项目管理相关实践经验； - 有较好的英语沟通能力，可参与英文会议并完成中英文报告； - 具备较强的 Excel / PowerPoint 数据处理，及AI工具使用能力。
