The posting

负责智能座舱车载语音交互系统的工程化落地，参与语音唤醒、语音识别（ASR）、自然语言理解（NLU）、语音合成（TTS）等核心模块的端侧业务开发与集成。同时参与车载AI Agent（智能体）的开发链路建设，探索大模型技术在车载场景下的工程化应用路径，确保 AI Agent 在车机上具备流畅的交互体验与稳定的服务能力 岗位职责 负责车载语音应用（唤醒、识别、语义理解、播报）的Android端开发与集成； 参与语音链路的整体架构设计与开发，实现多音区控制、连续对话、车辆指令（空调/导航/娱乐）等语音控制逻辑； 参与车载智能体（Agent）的功能设计与开发，包括任务规划（Planning）、工具调用（Tool Use）、记忆管理（Memory）等核心能力研发； 探索大模型/Agent/Reasoning在车载场景下对话系统的研究与应用落地。

学历专业 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历 编程能力 具备扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉数据结构与算法 熟悉Java/Kotlin至少一门开发语言，掌握其核心语法与语言特性（泛型、注解、反射、异常处理等） 了解常用设计模式（如单例、工厂、观察者等），了解MVP、MVVM等主流架构模式的基本思想 Android开发 熟悉Android应用开发框架，了解Activity、Service、BroadcastReceiver、ContentProvider等核心组件的使用与生命周期管理 熟悉常用开源框架与库（如Retrofit、OkHttp、Glide等），了解组件化开发基本概念 Agent/AI方向 了解至少一种主流Agent开发框架的基本概念（如LangChain、LangGraph等） 对LLM原生应用开发、Agent架构（如Function Calling、ReAct模式）有基本理解 了解MCP（模型上下文协议）、A2A（Agent-to-Agent）等Agent交互协议者优先 综合素质 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能独立分析并解决开发中的技术问题 具备优秀的沟通表达与团队协作能力，学习能力强，对技术创新有热情 加分项 对车载语音系统架构有基本理解者优先 有车载类产品或语音开发相关项目经验者优先 有智能座舱、车载信息系统开发实习经历者优先
