1. 2027年应届硕士研究生及以上学历，车辆/新能源汽车工程、电气工程/自动化相关专业优先； 2. 专业基础扎实，具备良好学习能力，能在短时间内上手新工具、新业务； 3. 逻辑思维清晰，有较强的口头表达能力及沟通协调能力，善于归纳总结，并热爱分享； 4. 具备较强的需求分析能力，能够独立完成课程资料的编写； 5. 精通飞书、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件，熟练使用当前的AI工具； 6. 为人真诚，具备高度责任感以及良好的团队协作精神； 7. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
