1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，大数据、计算机、统计学、数据、自动化等专业优先考虑； 2. 具备统计模型、大数据挖掘算法、机器学习/AI模型等学科知识，对基础理论和常用算法有深刻理解和工程实践能力； 3. 了解大模型基础架构，能够利用大模型+RAG/智能体实现一些业务智能化应用； 4. 熟练应用SQL、Hive、Python等工具，具备扎实的算法和数据结构功底； 5. 业务理解和责任心强，乐于并擅长内外部沟通、协调。
