1. 参与智能座舱语音交互系统底层架构的设计与开发，协助保障语音助手在车机端的高效、稳定运行。 2. 协助进行语音唤醒（KWS）、语音识别（ASR）、自然语言理解（NLU）、对话管理（DM）等核心模块的开发、集成与效果调优。 3. 参与车载语音业务SDK的封装与输出，协助为上层应用提供标准化的语音基础能力接口。 4. 协助进行端云链路协同架构的开发与优化，参与音频上下行通道的打通及全链路调试工作。 5. 参与下一代智能语音方案（如大模型端侧部署、多模态交互）的技术预研，协助完成相关功能的工程落地与测试。

1. 2027届本科或硕士研究生，计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础与数据结构功底。 2. 掌握C/C++或Python/Java等至少一种主流编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯与逻辑思维能力。 3. 对自然语言交互系统有基本认知，了解ASR、TTS、NLU等语音技术或NLP基本原理，对车载语音开发有浓厚兴趣。 4. 了解Android/Linux等操作系统的基本机制，有嵌入式开发或音频框架相关课程项目经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的英文文档阅读能力，能够查阅相关技术文献，有较强的自我驱动力和快速学习能力。 6. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，责任心强，能高效配合团队推进项目进度。 加分项 1. 在校期间有车载语音对话系统、智能座舱交互或大语言模型（LLM）相关课题/项目经验者优先。 2. 熟悉RAG、Agent架构，或有将前沿AI技术落地于实际场景的实践经历者优先。 3. 在语音交互、NLP或嵌入式系统领域有相关技术专利、顶会论文或开源项目贡献者优先。 4. 有相关领域国家级/省部级竞赛获奖经历者优先。
