智能电动车驾乘体验充满热情，不懈追求用户满意，持续为用户创造愉悦的驾乘体验； 对驾乘体验有体系化认知：转向/悬架/制动与软件控制的耦合关系； 具备可落地的表达：能把“体感”转译成可量化目标及可执行方案； 强协同与推进能力：能在多团队（底盘/电驱/制动/软件等）中推进产品体验落地； 具备一定经营思维，能够判断驾乘体验产品投入及功能收益（ROI）； 本科以上学历;
