1. 负责智能辅助驾驶测试工具链、智能测试平台及 AI Agent 的架构设计与核心功能开发，为实车测试、仿真测试提供高效、自动化的测试工具支撑； 2. 深入理解智能辅助驾驶测试业务场景，挖掘测试流程中的效率瓶颈，设计并开发不限于：智能化测试工具、自动化脚本和数据分析平台，提升测试团队整体工作效率； 3. 负责 AI Agent 在测试领域的应用探索与落地，结合大语言模型、自动化编排等技术，打造能自主执行测试任务、分析测试结果、辅助问题定位的智能测试助手； 4. 参与测试问题管理与分析平台的建设，实现测试问题的自动化采集、处理、可视化及深度分析能力，支持测试决策与质量评估； 5.与团队紧密协作，收集用户反馈，持续迭代优化工具链产品体验，推动测试流程标准化与智能化升级。

1. 计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 2. 热爱AI技术，对Agent、大模型等前沿技术方向有浓厚兴趣，具备将AI能力应用于实际业务场景的探索精神； 3. 具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python、Go、Java、C++等至少一种编程语言，具备良好的代码规范和工程素养； 4. 熟悉Linux开发环境，了解Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术，具备后端服务开发或工具平台开发经验； 5. 了解数据库（MySQL、MongoDB等）、消息队列、缓存等常用中间件，具备分布式系统或大数据处理经验者优先； 6. 具备产品思维，能够深入理解测试业务需求，主动发现并解决用户痛点，有测试工具、开发者工具或平台类产品开发经验者优先； 7. 技术追求高，学习能力强，具备良好的问题分析、抽象设计和独立解决复杂技术问题的能力； 加分项 1. 有大语言模型、机器学习、自然语言处理等相关项目经验，了解LangChain、AutoGPT等Agent框架； 2. 有Momenta、理想汽车、小鹏汽车、华为等智能辅助驾驶头部企业实习/工作经验者优先。
