1. 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、机器人、数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2. 扎实的数据结构、算法和系统基础，具备良好的工程开发能力，熟练掌握Python和C++，熟悉Linux开发环境。 3. 熟悉PyTorch等深度学习框架，理解模型推理和训练流程。 4. 熟悉GPU计算原理，具备CUDA开发经验，了解算子优化、Kernel调优、显存优化等相关技术。 5. 具备高性能计算（HPC）、并行计算或分布式系统开发经验者优先。 6. 具备智能辅助驾驶、机器人、计算机视觉等相关领域研发经验者优先。 7. 具备3DGS、NeRF、生成式重建等相关项目经验者优先。 8. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和技术钻研能力，能够独立分析和解决复杂性能问题。
