1、践行蔚来用户企业理念，围绕“创造愉悦生活方式”的社区核心，开展用户分层运营工作，策划并组织丰富多样的线上互动及线下车主活动，引导用户深度融入蔚来社区。 2、通过高质量的线上线下活动，持续提升用户与品牌的粘性及社区活跃度，同时组织引导用户积极参与社区建设与品牌发展类活动，增强用户对品牌的传播意愿，保障用户在涟漪分享场景中的优质体验。 3、具备敏锐的社群感知力，及时响应社群互动、解答用户各类疑问，精准抓取用户资源、识别风险信息，主动挖掘并推动满足用户社区生活中的个性化需求，维护良好的社区交流氛围。 4、深入了解蔚来顾问（Fellow）在用户运营过程中的痛点及个性化需求，与销售团队紧密协同，以门店为单位，制定并执行个性化运营策略与落地抓手，协助门店及 Fellow 精准触达用户、激活沉默车主，促进用户与 Fellow 的高效互动。 5、聚焦用户满意度提升，通过精准运营助力 Fellow 优化用户服务体验，进一步激发用户涟漪机会与复购机会，实现用户运营与销售转化的双向赋能。

1、2027届统招本科及以上学历应届生； 2、认同蔚来用户企业理念，热爱汽车行业及用户运营工作，具备较强的用户思维与服务意识。 3、具备良好的活动策划与执行能力，能独立统筹线上线下活动全流程，有车主活动、社群运营相关经验者优先。 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能高效联动团队及销售端，精准匹配用户与 Fellow 的需求。 5、具备较强的信息敏感度与风险把控能力，能快速响应社群动态，妥善处理各类用户问题。 6、具备良好的抗压能力与执行力，能高效推进各项运营工作，达成用户粘性提升、满意度优化等核心目标。 7、本岗位将邀请您提前参与带薪实习体验，快人一步，融入NIO，表现优异者可直发校招正式Offer！
