1. 从用户感知出发，深入分析实际使用场景下的体验需求，通过科学严谨的实验设计，构建用户感受与工程参数之间的量化关系，明确关键影响因子及工程参数的最佳值和阈限，提升产品体验与竞争力； 2. 组织整车级人机工程评价，开展系统的用户体验评估，挖掘深层次需求，与产品、设计、工程等团队协同推动体验洞察落地； 3. 综合运用虚拟仿真与实车测评手段，结合大数据分析与可视化工具，开展空间、视野、操作、储物等多维度的体验诊断与优化建议； 4. 将研究成果沉淀为标准规范、设计指导与典型用例，为产品开发各阶段提供系统化的人机工程支持； 5. 关注人机交互前沿方向，洞察车内体验痛点，结合VR/AR、语音、手势等多模态技术，探索智能交互形式的创新应用。

1. 硕士及以上学历优先，专业为人因工程、人机交互、心理学、生理学、医学工程、工业设计等相关专业； 2. 具备用户同理心，能够识别并理解用户需求，熟悉人因工程或用户研究的基本流程与方法；有生理信号分析经验者优先（如肌电、眼动、姿态识别等）； 3. 具备一定的数据处理与统计分析能力，熟练使用SPSS、R或Python等数据分析工具；有大数据、大模型分析思维，熟悉大模型、智能体应用优先； 4. 熟悉CATIA、Unreal、OpenSim等建模与仿真软件者优先； 5. 对人机交互与用户体验有浓厚兴趣，具备探索精神，能够主动学习前沿工具和方法，不断提升评估深度与方案质量； 6. 工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通表达能力和跨团队协作能力，能高效推动项目落地。
