新闻、中文、市场营销或其他相关学位的同等本科学历及以上 有FMCG、时尚、宠物等行业社交媒体和内容营销领域实习经验,有个人社交媒体账号运营经验优先 做过产品种草,了解小红书/抖音带货转化逻辑的小伙伴优先 高度熟悉社媒平台,对市场热点与用户情绪有很好的洞察能力 优秀的内容创意与编辑写稿能力,审美能力强 出色的执行能力,对项目结果认真负责,值得信任 优秀的沟通能力,并可以使用英语作为工作语言 愿意在创业环境中工作,接受挑战并适应不可预测性,并敢于于尝试创新
