1、应用AI等先进技术，搭建车载网关/智能天线/车载操作系统/整车软件集成系统等的测试体系及相关评审活动； 2、执行车载网关/智能天线/车载操作系统/整车软件集成系统等的测试，产出高质量的测试报告，确保无问题漏出； 3、高效构建并持续维护测试流水线（CI/CD + 硬件联动），确保测试体系满足业务快速发展的需要，解决落地实施过程中的问题； 4、基于业务驱动，完成相关的测试工具需求分析、开发及维护等工作； 5、构建测试环境，管理测试样件与设备，并解决测试设备上可能出现的问题； 6、与同事、跨部门的组织及个人进行协作，能引入高效的测试方法和工具，提升测试效率； 7、编写文档、手册、经验总结等，提升团队的整体测试能力。

1、本科以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、自动化等相关理工科专业； 2、具备良好的代码能力和编程思维； 3、理解计算机/通信网络，拥有良好的编程风格与文档编制能力； 4、对AI等新技术充满热情，具备较强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力； 5、强烈的责任心和交付意识，乐观进取的工作态度，面对困难具备良好的抗压能力； 6、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有较强的责任心和主动性； 7、具备AI工具（尤其是AI测试工具）相关的设计、开发、使用经验者优先； 8、具有相关项目4个月以上的实习经历优先； 9、了解常见硬件接口与通信协议（如 I2C、SPI、UART、CAN、LIN、Ethernet），有实际调试经验者优先；
