1. 参与下一代AI芯片的体系架构定义、设计与创新，主导或深度参与关键架构模块的探索与研发。 2. 深入分析AI算法模型与工作负载特征，进行性能、功耗及面积（PPA）建模与优化，探索新型计算范式、存储架构及互连方案。 3. 开展Chiplet、近存计算、存内计算等前沿架构技术预研和原型验证。 4. 协同算法、编译器、软件、硬件团队，实现架构-软件-硬件的协同优化，确保芯片产品的最终竞争力。 5. 撰写高水平技术文档、专利及论文，推动团队的在前沿领域的知识产权布局和技术影响力。

1. 计算机科学、电子工程、集成电路设计、人工智能等相关专业，博士优先 2. 研究方向为计算机体系结构、高性能计算、异构计算，有GPU/NPU/DSA研究经验者优先。 3. 熟悉主流AI模型（CNN、Transformer、RNN等）及框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow）。 4. 精通C/C++、Python、SystemC等语言，具备架构建模、性能仿真与分析能力。 5. 在体系结构顶级会议（ISCA、MICRO、HPCA、ASPLOS等）或期刊有发表记录者优先。 6. 具备出色的沟通能力、技术热情与团队协作精神
