1.直播间全流程运营与内容策划:协助完成NIOLife直播日常运营工作,包括直播主题策划、商品排期与陈列设计、卖点提炼与话术打磨等;协同主播完成直播彩排与现场执行,优化直播节奏与互动环节设计,提升用户停留时长与转化效率。 2.商品运营与选品策略:深度参与直播商品的选品与上架全流程,包括价格校验、库存配置、样品管理及商品信息优化。基于直播销售数据与用户反馈,输出选品建议与定价策略优化建议 3.直播数据监控与复盘:协助完成直播核心指标监控体系搭建(观看人数、互动率、点击率、转化率、GMV、ROI等),实时追踪直播效果;配合完成直播数据复盘报告,整理分析相关直播数据,形成可复用的直播运营方法论。 4.行业趋势追踪与创新玩法探索:持续跟踪抖音、小红书、淘宝等主流平台的直播政策变化与玩法创新,定期分析竞品直播间;协助策划并落地直播内容的二次传播(短视频切片、图文等)。

2027届本科及以上学历毕业生,广告学、市场营销、新闻传播、电子商务等相关专业优先。 熟悉抖音、小红书、淘宝等主流电商直播平台规则,有平台重度度用户经验,了解直播基本流程。 具备较强的数据分析能力,能熟练使用Excel(透视表、基础函数)进行数据整理与分析,独立完成复盘报告。 具备基础文案功底,能撰写商品卖点话术、直播脚本及互动话术。 强执行力与抗压能力,能在快节奏的直播环境中高效推进多线程任务,接受少量周末及晚班排班(团队提前协 商 出色的沟通协调能力,能与主播、运营、商品、设计等多团队高效协作。 审美在线,热爱直播与内容电商行业,面对新平台、新玩法、新工具,能快速上手并转化为生产力。
