1. 负责建设数据安全标准和流程体系，推动业务部门执行与实施数据安全有关的法规和标准 2. 负责信息安全中心态势感知系统的技术方案设计、需求把控、核心功能开发,业务需求拆解细化并实施; 3. 负责数据安全策略的执行和监督，制定和维护数据安全策略，确保应用系统安全要求的落地 4. 负责智能化平台域服务器、数据采集、传输、存储、处理过程中的风险监控和检测异常或可疑活动 5. 识别大数据安全、数仓、云数据安全等特定场景风险并制定解决方案； 6. 负责内外部数据安全评估工作、安全治理，开展数据分类分级，识别开发生命周期、数据保护工具和平台的建设与实施、数据安全监控与审计；以及运行过程的业务数据安全风险，技术性指导 7. 根据法规标准解读，对应排查公司业务数据安全风险；负责数据安全治理工作，通过对安全风险的分析，推动技术能力的演进规划； 8. 负责制定数据安全事件应对流程，响应处理数据安全事件，总结事件影响； 9. 参加或负责数据安全技术应用研究，跟进数据安全行业前沿发展。

1.熟悉数据安全体系，行业发展现状，数据安全解决方案最佳实践； 2. 熟悉数据加密、备份与恢复、漏洞扫描等工具的使用； 3.具有数据平台安全、行为监控、权限管理、加解密脱敏，证书凭证，系统/产品研发过程的数据安全治理经验优先； 4.了解常见的数据库如mysql、ES、hive等；熟练使用excel、sql， 具备良好的编程能力，熟悉至少一门编程语言（Java/python/c/c++/C#）以及算法。 5.熟悉Spark, Storm, Kafka, Hadoop, Hbase, Hive，ES，Redis，Solr等；具有整体架构设计能力； 6. 熟悉数据安全相关的基础知识，如加解密技术、认证技术、DLP技术、数据分析知识 7.数据安全、安全咨询、安全产品、隐私保护、安全审计专业优先
