协助测试工程师，执行大功率充电、储能充放电等产品的测试工作； 协调测试资源，搭建测试环境，实施测试工作，负责测试执行、问题记录和测试报告的整理与输出； 协助认证工程师，执行认证过程中的测试、BOM审核、流程准备等工作； 学习并熟悉项目开发流程，掌握产品开发测试需求和相关标准，编制测试方案，制定测试计划；并参与产品前期开发方案的制定及讨论。

本科及以上学历，电气、电力电子、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业应届毕业生。 熟练掌握一定的数/模电知识；熟练掌握测试相关工具，如示波器、万用表等； 具备良好的条理性和时效性以及发现问题和解决问题能力；工作积极主动，具备较强的主观能动性； 有良好的沟通和协作能力及团队合作精神，具备较强的沟通能力和资源协调能力。 性格开朗，外向，善于主动沟通，愿意表达自己的建议和想法。
