1. 检测方法开发：负责全生产流程检测技术与方法的研发与落地，覆盖机械、电化学、电气等多领域，结合产品工艺特性搭建适配、高效的全过程检测体系，满足生产制程及质量管控需求。 2. 量检具开发与评审：具备量检具结构设计、方案评审能力，结合产品检测需求优化量检具选型、结构及使用方案，保障检测精度与适配性，支撑制程精准检测。 3. 设备选型与采购评估：对接设备供应商精准梳理、传递技术需求，主动钻研各类生产、检测设备性能参数，多维度对比设备性能、精度、成本、适配性等核心指标，独立撰写技术评审（TR）报告，输出客观、专业的设备选型对比结论，为设备采购决策提供核心依据。 4. 过程质量标准化管理：完成各类检测方法的标准化固化，编制配套作业规范，并对现场作业人员开展实操培训、落地指导；通过MSA测量系统分析验证并持续优化测量系统稳定性、准确性，规避测量误差风险，保障制程检测一致性。 5. 制程异常分析与改善：主导生产全过程质量异常问题的排查、追溯与闭环改善，熟练运用5Why、鱼骨图等专业质量工具深挖问题根本原因，制定可落地的纠正与预防措施（CAPA），持续跟踪验证改善效果，杜绝同类质量问题重复发生。 6. 质量体系规范优化：协助搭建并完善过程质量管控体系，优化检验规范、作业指导书、首件/巡检/抽检管控流程，持续迭代制程质量管控标准，全面提升车间过程质量管控标准化水平。 7. 跨部门协同质量提升：配合来料检验、成品管控、客诉处理、体系稽核等全维度质量工作，联动品质、生产、工程等多部门推进质量改善项目，持续优化生产制程，降低不良率，提升整体产品质量水平。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械、质量管理等工科类相关专业，对质量管理工作抱有浓厚兴趣，专业基础扎实。 2. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，可高效对接公司内部各团队、外部供应商，精准对接各项工作任务与需求，有效推动跨部门、跨单位协同工作落地执行。 3. 工作责任心强、积极进取、具备创新意识，可承受一定的工作压力，能够主动推进质量改善项目、技术优化相关工作开展。 4. 拥有良好的逻辑思维能力，具备优秀的书面及口头表达能力，可清晰梳理技术方案、独立撰写各类技术文档、质量报告及相关流程文件。 5. 熟练掌握办公软件，精通GD&T形位公差、CAD等专业软件，可满足岗位日常工作及技术支撑需求。
