1. 指标运营与决策支撑：协助管理层常态化监控、迭代合作伙伴核心指标，开展数据分析、趋势复盘与风险预警，输出标准化分析报告，辅助管理层开展团队管理、合作策略调整及优化决策工作。 2. 供应链数据治理与体系维护：开展合作伙伴数据管理工作，负责业务数据的采集、清洗、校验与汇总更新，运维各类业务报表及数据可视化看板。配合管理层迭代优化合作伙伴指标体系，统一数据统计口径、规范数据标准，完善数据治理机制，保障数据准确、完整、有效，支撑管理层数据化管控。 3. 流程与体系数字化落地：推进合作伙伴指标体系数字化迭代升级，依托数据深挖业务痛点与流程堵点，协助优化合作伙伴管控流程与运营机制，持续提升团队精细化、数字化管控能力，辅助管理层高效推进业务落地。 4. 协调与支持：协助管理层开展团队日常事务统筹工作，负责会议组织、纪要梳理、事项督办、进度跟进及资料台账归档管理。

1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、数据分析、工商管理、行政管理等相关专业优先。 2. 具备良好的数据敏感度与逻辑思维能力，可独立开展数据分析、风险预判、问题溯源，主动推动问题整改与优化落地。 3. 具备优秀的辅助统筹与协同执行能力，善于协助管理层推进各项工作落地，沟通协作顺畅、执行力强，工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备优秀的闭环工作意识。适配快节奏工作氛围，抗压能力突出，可高效统筹多项并行工作，做好管理层工作支撑。 4. 熟练使用Office及数字化办公工具，具备基础材料编撰、台账整理、数据报表处理能力。 5. 具备良好的英语读写和口语能力，可满足日常工作对接与专业资料阅读需求。
