1. 负责电子元器件规格梳理，选型、认证与管理工作，建立并维护公司电子元器件优选库，支持产品开发； 2. 负责电子元器件测试规范的制定，单体测试，可靠性验证，元器件工艺规范制定与审核； 3. 负责电子元器件选型指南的制定与审核 4. 支持建立体系化的芯片认证、设计应用、测试及工艺流程，确保全车电子元器件的平台化、归一化及质量； 5. 负责新器件及替代料的可靠性认证，确保器件满足产品质量要求，并进行品质风险分析和管理； 6. 负责分析器件在研发、生产及售后过程中发生的失效问题，提出解决方案，并支持建立器件黑白名单，输出相应Lesson Learn文档； 7. 支持建立统一的半导体供应商认证管理流程，配合供应链、质量部门，负责器件半导体厂商的审核、认证及管理； 8. 协调、支持公司EDM器件管理系统、供应链预警系统、PLM等数字系统的开发，实现器件数字化管理； 9. 参与器件成本控制，支持达成产品开发成本目标。

1. 2027届获得本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信、微电子、 机电一体化、材料等相关领域专业，具备扎实的模拟电路、数字电路基础； 2. 对汽车电子、汽车零部件等相关产业有兴趣和一定理解； 3. 熟悉某类元器件参数，特性，工作原理及测试方法； 4. 做事积极主动，具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力以及团队合作精神； 5. 良好的英语听说读写能力
