1.依托车辆被动安全仿真数据与实车试验数据,搭建数据处理、性能预测、方案优化类AI代理模型,实现结构耐撞、乘员保护、行人保护多场景下AI算法方案的落地应用; 2.搭建轻量化、易操作的被动安全AI自动化处理流程,覆盖盖数据清洗、特征工程、参数寻优、结果可视化全流程模块,赋能全员仿真研发提效; 3.负责专项被动安全仿真分析工作,统筹结构耐撞、乘员及行人保护相关性能开发、结构方案迭代优化,熟练掌握整车完整被动安全正向开发流程; 4.开展CAE仿真自动化专项开发,结合AI辅助编写并优化仿真前后处理自动化脚本,基于ANSA、META、Primer等主流CAE软件,搭建一体化AI自动化二次开发平台; 5.开展被动安全行业对标分析,完成人体损伤预测、碰撞结果智能评估等算法方案的设计、仿真验证与版本选代,持续优化算法适配性与实用性。

1.2027届应届硕士及以上学历,机械工程、车辆工程、工程力学、材料科学等与计算机科学、数据处理分析、人工智能相关交叉专业; 2.熟练使用Python进行项目开发,精通NumPy、Pandas、Matplottlib等数据工具库,掌握Scikit-learn、TensorFlow、PyTorch任一主流深度学习框架; 3.具备扎实的工程力学或机器学习专业基础,熟知车辆碰撞基础原理,拥有整车被动安全CAE仿真、性能开发相关项目经验者优先; 4.熟悉工业软件开发逻辑,具备CAE仿真软件、测试平台的脚本开发、插件开发、API接口对接等二次开发相关经验者优先; 5.具备完善的数据思维与算法工程落地思维,能够独立完成数据分析、自动化脚本编写及算法调试等相关工作; 6.工作态度严谨细致,拥有良好的抗压能力与团队协作意识,擅长跨部门沟通协同,具备相关科研课题、算法竞赛、研发类项目经历者优先。 加分项 1.熟练操作LS-DYNA、HyperMesh、ANSA、META、Primer等主流被动安全CAE软件,且具备相关软件二次开发实战经验; 2.拥有结构耐撞开发、整车碰撞CAE仿真、图像识别、力学参数智能寻优、AI代理模型搭建等相关项目落地经验 3.以第一/参与作者发表车辆工程、被动安全、AI算法应用相关学术论文,或持有相关发明专利、软件著作权者优先。
