1.参与蔚来数字座舱搭载的智能系统及NOMI语音助手的相关设计工作;结合实际用车场景,提出创造性的设计解决思路和方案; 2.承接产品需求,绘制完整的用户操作流程、界面结构和可供验证的交互原型;按时与高品质完成设计交付,并进行落地的闭环跟踪,推进方案的实现; 3.协助组织并参与竞品研究、用户反馈分析、设计工作坊等,保障产品生命周期中的用户体验; 4.协助团队成员进行其他事务性工作;

2027年及以后毕业,设计、心理学、计算机等相关专业; 熟练掌握Figma、Sketch、Protopie、Principle等设计软件的使用; 熟悉UXUI设计相关理论,有填密的逻辑思维能力,善于分析用户和产品; 具有跨部门沟通能力和团队协作精神,能承受较高强度工作压力,有打造精品的强烈责任心; 热爱新能源行业,对蔚来产品与理念高度认同; 简历投递时，需附作品集(必须) 加分项 有日常驾驶习惯、具备熟练的英语沟通能力; 具备对AI技术及AI赋能座舱设计趋势的独到见解,有相关集体/个人项目经历; 具备一定的代码能力或熟练使用VibeCoding;
