1. 负责智能辅助驾驶系统的多平台集成与交付，统筹感知、规控等模块在不同芯片和传感器平台上的端到端集成，确保各平台交付效果的一致性，并与云端效果对齐。 2. 负责新车型、新平台的适配工作，包括高低配车型的功能裁剪与资源压缩策略制定，以及高配车型特有硬件（如后轮转向、线控转向等）的功能适配，协调各模块完成配置调整、测试验证与功能合入。 3. 负责跨模块、跨平台集成问题的排查与定位，涵盖模型量化、算力与内存优化、端侧部署等工程问题，能识别特定平台上的性能劣化并协同算法和工程团队推动解决。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、车辆工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业。 2. 精通C++和Python编程，具备一定的项目实战经验，能独立定位问题并解决。 3. 熟悉智能辅助驾驶系统，有智能辅助驾驶模型训练经验或算法开发经验。 4. 熟悉嵌入式计算平台，有相关开发和调试经验。 5. 具备较强的沟通能力，能够跨团队沟通协调。
