1、负责音频质量 AI 模型研发与迭代，围绕语音音质评估、合成语音 MOS 预测、声场质量分析、车载音频异常检测等方向，开展声学模型训练、特征工程搭建、算法优化与模型效果落地； 2、构建音频质量评价算法体系，研究音频失真、噪声、混响、回声、动态行车噪声等复杂场景声学特征，优化深度学习音频质量评估模型，提升音质预测精度与场景鲁棒性； 3、参与音频音效算法、语音增强、车载声学系统方案评审，结合模型实验数据输出算法优化、音质提升、场景适配优化建议，支撑产品声学体验升级； 4、负责音频 AI 数据集搭建、音频数据清洗、精细标注、数据增强工作，针对座舱、路噪多场景构建高质量声学训练数据集，保障模型训练效果； 5、开展声学模型训练、消融实验、模型调优、基线对比、主客观对齐评测，量化分析模型性能，持续迭代优化音频质量算法能力； 6、探索 AI 声学自动化评测技术，搭建音频质量智能分析、异常声学识别、批量自动化评测能力，推动声学质量评估智能化、标准化落地。

1、声学、音频工程、电子信息、人工智能、计算机、多媒体等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2、扎实掌握声学基础、音频信号处理、音效处理、语音增强、音频主客观评价体系（MOS/DNSMOS 等）； 3、熟悉深度学习、时序模型、CNN/Transformer 等网络结构，具备音频分类、语音质量评估、声学异常检测等模型训练与调优经验优先； 4、熟悉音频数据集构建、数据增强、特征提取、模型训练、评测全流程，有 AI 声学算法落地经验优先； 5、具备较强的数据分析、实验复盘、算法问题定位能力，能够基于实验结果迭代优化模型效果； 6、对车载声学、智能终端音频 AI 技术有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的逻辑能力与跨团队协同能力。
