岗位核心目标： 参与建设面向智能车控的新一代开发范式，围绕物理AI、具身智能、仿真训练与车端部署，探索AI控制算法在真实车辆物理系统中的落地方法。车辆这个轮式具身智能体中的智能底盘、智能车身、座舱执行机构等系统都需要在物理约束下完成感知、决策、控制与执行闭环，岗位将聚焦构建面向车辆运动与执行控制的“车控具身小脑”。

核心职责： 1. 智能车控新范式开发：参与构建覆盖“被控对象建模、环境建模、训练框架搭建、奖励与权重调整、Sim2Real部署”的完整开发流程，探索物理模型、仿真数据和AI算法结合的车控开发方法。 2. 物理仿真与训练环境搭建：参与车辆动力学模型、执行器模型、传感器模型和环境模型的构建，搭建支持强化学习、模仿学习、优化控制等算法的训练与验证环境。 3. AI控制算法开发与验证：参与智能底盘、智能车身、座椅/门窗/热管理等执行器控制、多执行器协同控制、参数辨识、虚拟负载模拟等方向的算法开发，探索AI模型在真实物理系统中的稳定控制与泛化能力。 4. 虚实迁移与车端部署：参与模型在环、软件在环、硬件在环及实车/台架验证，推动算法从仿真环境迁移到真实硬件和车端系统，完成数据采集、代码调试、板卡联调、执行器测试和问题定位。 5. 工具链与自动化能力建设：参与开发自动化数据生成、仿真任务调度、训练结果分析、模型评估和部署工具，将个人项目能力沉淀为团队可复用的平台能力。 6. 问题闭环与技术攻关：针对复杂工程问题，能够主动拆解目标、设计实验、验证假设、分析结果并推动问题闭环解决。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、控制工程、机器人、机械电子、计算机、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先。 2. 综合能力：具备软硬件、算法和工程实践的复合能力，既能写代码、做算法，也能理解物理系统、调试硬件、分析数据，并推动方案真正落地。 3. 编程与建模能力：熟悉 Python、C/C++、Matlab/Simulink 中的一种或多种工具，具备良好的代码实现能力、仿真建模能力和数据分析能力。 4. 算法与控制基础：具备控制理论、车辆动力学、机器人控制、强化学习、机器学习、优化算法等一个或多个方向基础，理解 PID、状态估计、MPC、强化学习、神经网络等方法者优先。 5. 动手实践能力：有智能车、机器人、无人机、机械臂、电机控制、传感器采集、嵌入式系统、控制板卡等项目经验者优先，能够完成基础硬件调试和实验验证。 6. 前沿技术兴趣：对物理AI、具身智能、数字孪生、强化学习、Sim2Real、机器人控制、智能汽车等方向有持续兴趣和项目实践者优先。 7. 自闭环能力：具备强自驱、强学习和强闭环能力，能够面对模糊问题主动查资料、搭环境、写代码、做实验、复盘结论，并持续推动问题向前。
