职位描述 【数仓需求分析】参与数据需求沟通和分析，理解业务团队的分析需求，并提供相应的数据解决方案； 【数仓设计开发】参与数仓设计、开发、维护和优化，包括但不仅限于数据建模、数仓架构、数据ETL开发等； 【数仓运维保障】参与数仓稳定性运维，确保数据生产及时性、准确性、一致性、完整性，及时解决数据质量问题； 【业务数据支持】协助数据分析师进行数据探索、数据挖掘和业务BI报表开发；同时与业务部门和技术团队密切合作，不断改进和完善数据仓库

【必须】本科或以上学历，计算机科学、数据工程、信息管理等相关专业优先； 【必须】具备扎实的编程能力，熟悉SQL和至少一种常见的编程语言，如Python、Java等； 【必须】了解数仓建模基本理论 ，有数据建模、数据治理、报表开发等研发经验； 【必须】大数据相关技术栈，如Hadoop、Spark、Hive等 (至少了解一个存储或计算组件的基本运行原理）； 【加分项】具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动力，对新技术和行业趋势保持敏感； 【加分项】具备团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力和项目管理能力；
