1. 产品规划与需求管理 - 协助产品经理完成充电产品（桩端及能源产品硬件、充电管理系统、用户体验）的需求收集、整理与文档撰写（PRD / MRD） - 参与用户调研、竞品分析，输出结构化的市场洞察报告 - 跟踪需求开发进度，协调研发、硬件、测试等跨职能团队的沟通对接 2. AI 能力落地探索 - 主动研究 AI 大模型、机器学习等技术在充电场景的应用机会（如智能排队预测、动态功率分配、故障诊断、用户用能画像） - 协助设计 AI 功能的产品方案，定义数据输入/输出规格与评估指标 - 跟进 AI 模型迭代效果，推动产品功能持续优化 3. 技术方案评审支持 - 依托电力电子专业背景，协助评审充电模块选型、通信协议（OCPP / GB/T 18487）、充电控制策略等技术方案的合理性 - 辅助撰写硬件功能规格书，与电气工程师进行有效的技术沟通 4. 数据分析与运营支持 - 利用 SQL / Python / BI 工具对充电订单、设备状态、用户行为数据进行分析，提炼产品优化建议 - 协助制作产品迭代报告、商业分析 PPT，支持管理层决策

- 学历：本科及以上，2027届应届毕业生 - 专业：电气工程、电力电子与电力传动、自动化、新能源科学与工程等相关专业优先；计算机 / 人工智能专业且有电力电子相关实习经历者同样欢迎 - 英文（书面及口语）:良好 - 计算机能力 Computer Skills: 熟悉各类办公软件及项目管理软件 - 具备强思维逻辑能力及文案的写作能力； 专业技能 - 具备电力电子基础知识，了解 DC-DC /DC-AC 变换器、充电拓扑、电气工程等基本原理，能读懂硬件规格文档 -对 AI / 机器学习有自主学习意愿和动手实践经验，了解 LLM Prompt Engineering、数据建模等概念； - 熟悉 Office / Feishu 套件，并熟悉电气工程软件； 综合素质 - 自驱力强：能主动跟进 AI 领域最新动态，将技术趋势转化为产品洞见，而非等待指派任务 - 沟通表达：能将技术方案清晰转化为产品语言，在跨职能协作中做好"翻译官" - 结构化思维：面对模糊问题能快速拆解，输出条理清晰的分析框架 - 学习韧性：充电行业技术迭代快，需要保持对新技术、新标准的持续关注
