学历背景：硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 算法能力：熟悉时序算法、CTR 预估、排序模型、因果推断等常见算法，具备实际项目落地经验，能够根据业务场景灵活选型并推动应用； 软性素质：具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够高效协同跨团队推进项目；自驱力强，目标导向，积极主动，勇于挑战复杂问题。
