1. 负责公司级核心数据资产的规划和建设，支撑核心业务场景设计和开发落地； 2. 负责支撑AI的数据基座设计与开发，支持基于向量数据库，知识图谱的语义知识搭建和优化； 3. 参与数据产品与应用的数据研发，发掘数据商业价值，和产品技术团队一起打造极致体验的数据产品； 4. 为海量数据处理和分析提供高效解决方案，落地实时和离线需求，为基础开发者提供可靠技术支持； 5. 结合业务方向，深度挖掘数据需求，形成技术方案和标准，探索行业前沿技术。

1. 计算机、软件工程、数学、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握 SQL（能够编写复杂的关联查询与分析函数），并至少掌握 Python / Java / Scala 中的一种开发语言； 3. 熟悉常见的数据结构与算法；了解关系型数据库（如 MySQL）及数据仓库的基本原理。 加分项 1. 了解大数据生态圈（如 Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka 等）的基本概念或有项目实践； 2. 有在互联网或科技公司数据相关岗位的实习经验； 3. 参加过计算机类竞赛（如 ACM/ICPC）或有大数据相关的开源项目贡献； 4. 在日常应用中使用过LLM，开发实践过agent。 软实力 1. 对数据敏感，面对新技术和复杂的业务场景有强烈的钻研欲望； 2. 具备良好的团队沟通协作能力，能把复杂的“技术语言”转化为“业务语言”； 3. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和解决问题的耐心，自驱力强。
