1. 负责领域数字化产品的全周期运营，深度参与 AI 产品体系搭建与迭代，包含产品定义、智能 Agent 设计与落地构建、AI 能力场景化落地等工作。 2. 承接业务侧用户问题响应与支持，负责异常数据诊断、处理及线上运维，开展 AI 效果工程优化，保障产品与模型服务稳定性。 3. 负责权限体系、系统配置等基础能力规划与落地，跟进产品细节需求迭代与需求闭环管理，推动产品体验持续优化。 4. 参与领域数字化产品需求沟通、需求拆解与分析，输出清晰需求结论与业务反馈，对齐研发、数据及算法侧目标。 5. 开展 AI 产品场景分析与方案设计，输出产品规划、解决方案及产品交付计划，支撑产研数字化与智能化升级。 6. 负责产品及智能 Agent 的上线测试、交付落地，开展用户支持与赋能培训，提供二线运营保障，跟进系统运维事件全流程闭环。 7. 基于产品运营数据、AI 效果指标及用户反馈进行持续分析，挖掘业务痛点与产品优化机会，驱动产品迭代与用户体验提升。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程、数据科学等相关专业优先。 2. 对 AI 产品、Agent 智能体、数字化产研工具有基本认知，有产品设计、产品运营或 AI 相关项目 / 实习经验优先。 3. 具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力，可顺畅阅读英文文档、参与跨场景业务沟通。 4. 具备规范的产品文档撰写能力，可清晰输出需求文档、产品方案及分析报告。 5. 具备快速学习能力与逻辑思辨能力，对新技术、新场景有较强好奇心与适应力。 6. 具备优秀的跨团队沟通、协调推进能力，可高效对齐多方资源推动需求落地。 7. 具备良好的团队协作意识、责任心与执行力，积极进取，可承接日常运营与项目迭代工作。
