1. AI × 人因安全的交叉创新与工程落地 - 面向车载AI智能体及Physical AI，开展人–AI智能体交互过程中的信息理解、意图传递、行为反馈与安全协同机制等方向的创新研究，重点关注安心感、信任校准、交互安全及人机协同安全等问题。 - 推动相关方案及产品原型从实验验证走向工程落地，与软件/产品团队协作完成端到端部署与迭代。 2. 安心感与交互安全评价体系构建 - 面向车载AI智能体及Physical AI，构建用户安心感、信任度、可理解性、可控性等多维度评价体系，结合主观量表、行为数据及系统运行数据开展综合评价。 - 主导用户调研、场景化驾驶实验（模拟器/实车）及大规模驾驶行为数据分析，运用因子分析、结构方程模型（SEM）等方法验证模型效度。 - 将研究成果转化为产品安全策略、安全设计要求及评价标准，推动研究成果在产品中的落地。 3. 用户安全感受与交互安全机制研究 - 运用认知心理学、应用心理学及人因工程的理论框架（如信任校准模型、情境感知理论、自动化依赖模型），对车载AI智能体、Physical AI使用过程中的用户安全感受、信任建立与衰减机制及交互安全设计进行深入研究。 - 识别影响用户安全感与交互安全的关键人因变量（如系统透明度、权限边界、交互方式、反馈时机等），输出可指导产品设计的设计原则。

1. 认知科学、人因工程、人机交互、应用心理学、人工智能等相关领域博士学历，对人因与Physical AI的交叉领域有浓厚兴趣。 2. 具备人机交互、人因工程、认知心理学或相关研究基础，熟悉信任校准、情境感知、自动化依赖、可解释性等相关理论，能够针对人–Physical AI交互中的信息理解、意图传递、行为反馈及安全协同开展研究。 3. 理解AI Agent及Physical AI的基本原理、运行机制及影响因素，了解智能体感知、决策、行动及与环境和人的交互过程，能够分析Physical AI行为对用户认知、决策及安全的影响。 4. 熟悉 Python，具备一定 C/C++、Linux基础，具备独立完成数据处理、数据分析和实验分析的工程能力；
