核心产品规划与落地:负责蔚来智能座舱AI大模型的产品规划与设计。依托NOMI这一行业核心交互IP,将前沿大模型技术转化为海量量产车上的真实体验,主导端云协同架构下的3车载模型部署、推理优化及个性化服务构建。 复杂需求拆解与闭环:围绕舱内多模态交互、驾驶行为及感知等真实需求,与顶尖算法及工程团队深度协同。 将大模型/AIAgent等前沿技术转化为高可用、可衡量的产品方案,推动车载AI体验的严谨验证与持续迭代。 前瞻策略与工程平衡:持续洞察全球AI技术演进及汽车行业趋势。在算力、功耗、时延等车规级物理限制下,寻找技术创新与用户价值的最优解,制定务实且具前瞻性的智能座舱AI产品策略。

敏锐的AI Sense:对大模型、多模态技术有深刻理解与持续热情。能敏锐捕捉技术边界,并准确判断其与智 能座舱场景的真实业务结合点。 扎实的需求转化能力:具备将主观的座舱体验需求,清晰、精准转化为理性的"算法建模目标"与系统工程指标 的实战经验。 严谨的工程落地认知:熟悉车规级系统或大型复杂系统的开发流程,对边缘计算、模型轻量化及端侧算力分配 有实践认知或落地经验。 【加分项】 有AI大模型或智能体(Agent)产品从0到1的成功落地经验,或主导过车载语音、舱内视觉等AI功能规划; 具备较强的数据分析与挖掘能力,熟悉大模型在主动服务、场景化推荐等方向的最佳实践; 重度智能汽车用户,对打磨极致的座舱交互产品有强烈的自我驱动力。
