-将大模型（LLM/VLM/VLA）原生部署到车规级 SoC 上，进行推理优化与性能调优（包括低功耗优化、量化、剪枝、蒸馏等），实现端侧 AI 的实时响应； -针对操作系统和中间件层深度优化 AI 推理引擎，提升大模型在车端运行的实时性与稳定性； -探索 具身智能 场景下的大模型应用，将 VLA 模型的能力注入车端物理系统，实现环境理解、任务分解与动作生成的端到端闭环。

AI 原生的车控与 SOA 智能化

-将大模型能力原生应用于车控系统、车身控制等业务场景，打造 AI 驱动的智能控制与交互体验； -参与 SOA 架构下的 AI 原生智能服务开发，设计基于大模型的算法组件封装与服务编排； -构建 AI Agent 在车载场景中的应用框架，实现基于大模型的自主决策、多轮交互与工具调用。

车云协同与大模型数据智能

-设计并优化车云协同的大模型推理架构（端侧小模型 + 云端大模型协同调度），优化通信协议与数据处理链路； -参与车端数据上云后的 AI 智能分析与挖掘（如故障预测、驾驶行为分析、能耗优化等），构建大模型驱动的数据闭环。

前沿技术探索与创新

-与操作系统、中间件、车云互联等团队紧密配合，推动大模型技术在整车控制链路中的全面应用； -跟踪 AI 与大模型领域的最新技术趋势（如多模态大模型、具身智能、AI Agent、RAG 等），开展前沿技术验证与落地。

-硕士及以上学历（博士优先），人工智能、计算机科学、自动化、车辆工程、电子信息等相关专业； 深入理解深度学习原理与主流框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow、ONNX 等）； -熟悉大模型（LLM/VLM/VLA）的模型结构与训练/微调/部署全流程； -熟悉模型优化与部署技术（量化、剪枝、蒸馏、边缘端推理优化等）； -具备端侧/嵌入式 AI 推理经验（ARM A 核、DSP、NPU 优先）； -熟悉嵌入式 Linux、RTOS 或 QNX 等操作系统； 有大模型应用开发经验（RAG、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、AI Agent 等）者优先； -有 VLA 大模型（如 RT-2、OpenVLA、Groot、pi0 等）应用经验者优先； -对具身智能、AI Agent、AI 原生应用等前沿方向有浓厚兴趣和实际项目经验者优先； -在顶会（NeurIPS、ICLR、CVPR、ICRA、CoRL 等）发表过大模型或具身智能相关论文者优先； -具备持续学习和创新精神，能够自主、高效地推动技术落地。
