1. 专注语音合成（TTS）方向算法研发与优化，包括端到端TTS、语音情感合成、个性化合成、多语种合成等核心模块，提升合成语音的自然度、流畅度与表现力； 2. 参与语音合成技术的研发与落地，负责数据生产与处理、模型预训练、微调及强化学习等相关工作，推动大模型技术在TTS场景的工程化应用； 3. 跟进语音合成、音频大模型、多模态交互等前沿技术，深入调研业界动态，探索新技术在实际业务场景的落地可行性，助力算法迭代升级； 4. 配合团队完成模型训练、性能评估与测试优化，协同产品、测试等跨团队，推动TTS算法从原型到产品级解决方案的落地交付；

1. 数学、计算机科学与技术、人工智能、信号处理、电子信息工程、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 熟悉语音合成（TTS）核心原理，了解端到端TTS、声码器、韵律建模等相关算法，掌握信号处理、深度学习、LLM等核心技术； 3. 熟练掌握C/C++/Python编程语言，精通常用设计模式、算法及数据结构， 深入了解pytorch、tensorflow、vllm等主流深度学习框架和开源工具； 4. 有良好的理解、沟通和逻辑分析能力； 5. 学习能力强，工作积极主动，注重细节，做事耐心。
