1. 真实项目经验：有 App / 小程序 / H5 项目设计经验，能快速上手实际项目设计 2. 扎实的UI能力：优秀的视觉表现力与设计思路推导能力，具备极佳的审美把控与视觉创意 3. 动效设计：熟练的动效设计能力，能输出界面动效方案，并交付研发 4. 自我驱动力：可以独立完成项目任务，同时具备良好的沟通协作与推动落地能力
